    Why NWH

    Specifics, not slogans.

Every operator claims integrity, transparency and people-first culture. Owners and investors hire NWH for what we actually do differently.

Detail of fine dining at a property operated by NWH
    i.

    Owner-aligned economics

We share profits — not just collect a base management fee. Our financial outcomes are tied to the owner's outcomes, every quarter.

    ii.

    Direct revenue management

Every property under our care receives dedicated revenue and distribution support from the central team — no outsourcing, no shared resources spread thin.

    iii.

    Top-quartile sourcing

NWH reviews hundreds of investment opportunities annually on behalf of partners — using the volume of deal flow to identify the small fraction worth pursuing.

    iv.

    Hands-on at the property

Senior leadership visits every operated hotel monthly. Decisions get made on-site, with the GM, not from a head-office spreadsheet.

    v.

Hospitality & finance, in one room

NWH combines hospitality management expertise with in-house corporate finance capability — domain knowledge to spot the opportunity, and the financing fluency to execute on it.

    The opportunity

    Investing
    alongside our partners.

Having proven the ability to generate attractive returns for partners, NWH now seeks to invest alongside them — a buy-and-build strategy in the UK and Ireland targeting undervalued assets that can be optimised through our end-to-end proposition.

    i.

    Strategy

A buy-and-build portfolio across the UK and Ireland, focused on undervalued assets we can optimise.

    ii.

    Timing

Rising interest rates and Covid-loan repayments create opportunity to acquire distressed assets at attractive valuations.

    iii.

    Returns

Targeting up to 10% ROI per annum across the investment lifecycle — in line with returns being delivered for clients today.

    iv.

    Partnership

Seeking a Family Office or Private Equity partner to deliver the strategy alongside NWH capital.

    v.

    Exit

Five-year horizon (unless otherwise agreed). Target portfolio of £100m generating £10m EBITDA at exit.

    Vijay Sharma, Principal
    Leadership

    Twenty-four years of running hotels.

"Most operators can run a hotel. Most advisors can analyse a hotel. Owners come to NWH because we can do both — and because we'll put our own capital alongside theirs when the opportunity is right."
